This clean, two-owner bike has 43,560 miles. It's smoke gray and mechanically perfect. There are a few (what I'd call minor) cosmetic flaws, and the photos linked here show them. Some scuffing of the wheels from tire changes, some discoloration on the rear wheel, a few chips on the fairing, one scuff on the tank, and one small scratch on the tail piece. There are some extras/additions, including Koni shocks, vented front engine cover, smoke windshield. (BMW hard bags/panniers are included). It starts, runs, turns, and stops very nicely. The bike has not been down during the second owner’s time (around 13 years), and we’re nearly certain that it was not crashed by the first owner. Clean title in hand. This is a cream puff I am the original owner of this one. It has 40,000 miles And everything works and has been well taken care of. The transmission has been updated with the dreaded cer clip and shimmed for even smother shifting Steering head bearing replaced. It has a Corbin seat and the stock seat used one year. K75S bars and the stock bars. K style saddle bags new rear tire powder coated valve covers. All fluids just changed and synthetic oil. Ready to go. $5500 firm.

I am selling this one after many new upgrades CC Prouducts low compression 1050cc kit duel plug heads brand new valves and guides clutch and clutch spring plus seals. Plus heavy duty fork springs bates ride off stand front brake pads and Bridgestone duel compound tires. All fluids changed and synthetic oil installed. A very fast RS. The paint is in decent condition for the age powder coated valve covers. $4800

A real nice example of a classic 77 RS. Many new parts new steering head bearings, fork seals, swing arm bearings, clutch, rear main seal, push rod seals ,and seals and gaskets on the motor No leaks! New Boyer ignition ,and sealed battery. New paint on fairing and front fender all hand painted pin stripped, original scheme and powder coated valve covers. Looks great next to original paint on tank and fender. Have saddle bags and both 3/4 seat and bench seat. $500 more for 3/4 seat. After market mufflers a little load but sound good. Clock Does not work but amp meter speedometer and tack work. The bike has sum were around 75000 miles on it the odometer when it stopped working estimate 80000. Anyone would be proud to own this bike it is a great running fun to ridding classic RS. Hate to see this one go but time to make room for next project. Always garage kept. $5,000 or $5,500 with ¾ seat.

MAC deep oil pan, gaskets, pick-up extension and bolts for extension. Best for 1970-80 models, but can be used with later models (most 1981+ require earlier sump pick-up which I have). $75/obo

Morris Industries aluminum wheel set for twin shock, rear disk brake models...19" front, 18" rear. Bare wheels only...they will need a drive cup (wheel splines) and bearings/spacers (common off-the-shelf bearings and easy to machine spacers...any somewhat competent machine shop would be able to make the missing parts). Very nice condition...original paint is faded. $450.

A pair of hardly used Krauser engine protection bars from the 70s. Excellent chrome, absolutely unmarked and complete with the Krauser labels, these are hard to find in such good condition. Corbin seat used for two years on a 1978 R100S, so it will fit '74 to '84 seat cowl models. I set it up with out the hinges and added a post to be able to assess panniers without removing them. This is a nice feature when loaded with gear that works great. This seat is in great condition and very comfortable. E-mail for pics.

I had this bike up for sale a couple months ago and It was priced pretty high, I would love to keep It but I really would like something better suited for 2up riding It's a bit cramped for us and ONE bike Is enough for me, so this must go. This bike has NEW within the last few thousand miles, Conti tires, peg rubber, rebuilt brembos/bmw pads, pushrod tube seals, base gaskets, head gaskets,valve cover gaskets, oil passage o-rings, trans output shaft seal, shifter seal, progressive fork springs/seals, steering stem bearings, wheel bearings, clutch friction plate and spring, new driveshaft bolts, black chrome powdercoated wheels, speedo cable boot, starwhite PIAA headlight bulb, LED parking lamp, extra oil filters and a box of parts, splines are flawless and everything is lubed, nikasil plated bores PERFECT. Valves and seats excellent. clock and gauges work perfect, has billet upper triple clamp and BMW fork brace (original clamp available), corbin seat with reynolds backrest (still has sticker on it) deep krauser luggage, snaps shut with authority, even unlcoked never came open once with luncbox and cooler inside. have all keys and a Clymer Manual, runs very smooth...32/11 final drive, trans shifts better than any airhead I've ever ridden...also seems a bit taller...maybe It's the 1000cc. at any rate this bike delivers.

I have a pair of 9.5 compression R100 pistons, part #11 25 1 337 175. These are brand new, still in the box. I was going to dual plug my 1992 R100RS but other projects have gotten in the way. I believe that these will fit any nicasil R100 that has the low compression 8.5 pistons but check your application first. My local BMW dealer quoted me $379.25 each.
