This clean, two-owner bike has 43,560 miles. It's smoke gray and mechanically perfect. There are a few (what I'd call minor) cosmetic flaws, and the photos linked here show them. Some scuffing of the wheels from tire changes, some discoloration on the rear wheel, a few chips on the fairing, one scuff on the tank, and one small scratch on the tail piece. There are some extras/additions, including Koni shocks, vented front engine cover, smoke windshield. (BMW hard bags/panniers are included). It starts, runs, turns, and stops very nicely. The bike has not been down during the second owner’s time (around 13 years), and we’re nearly certain that it was not crashed by the first owner. Clean title in hand. This is a cream puff I am the original owner of this one. It has 40,000 miles And everything works and has been well taken care of. The transmission has been updated with the dreaded cer clip and shimmed for even smother shifting Steering head bearing replaced. It has a Corbin seat and the stock seat used one year. I am selling this one after many new upgrades CC Prouducts low compression 1050cc kit duel plug heads brand new valves and guides clutch and clutch spring plus seals. A real nice example of a classic 77 RS. Many new parts new steering head bearings, fork seals, swing arm bearings, clutch, rear main seal, push rod seals ,and seals and gaskets on the motor No leaks! New Boyer ignition ,and sealed battery. New paint on fairing and front fender all hand painted pin stripped, original scheme and powder coated valve covers. Looks great next to original paint on tank and fender. Have saddle bags and both 3/4 seat and bench seat. $500 more for 3/4 seat. After market mufflers a little load but sound good. Clock Does not work but amp meter speedometer and tack work. The bike has sum were around 75000 miles on it the odometer when it stopped working estimate 80000. Anyone would be proud to own this bike it is a great running fun to ridding classic RS. Hate to see this one go but time to make room for next project. I had this bike up for sale a couple months ago and It was priced pretty high, I would love to keep It but I really would like something better suited for 2up riding It's a bit cramped for us and ONE bike Is enough for me, so this must go. Great looking and smooth riding R80RT with 46,0000 miles. Carbs synced perfectly, no oil leaks. This bike rides perfect as it should. Bags are in great shape and all locks work correctly. The bike is keyed properly so the engine key matches the glove boxes and the seat lock. The side cases have a separate key (from the factory) and all locks on the cases work as well. There is also an auxiliary plug. Windshield is in good shape, not scratched or cracked. The speedometer was replaced 19,140 miles ago, but I have the original and it has 26,983, so the mileage is 46,123 respectively, but will change slightly as I ride the bike often. This motorcycle has no quirks or malfunctions, I did a 1500 mile week on it in October and rode a 400 mile Saturday the second weekend in January, and continue to ride it on a weekly basis.

This bike is loaded with period and rare mods.Morris mags, San Jose reinforced swingarm, fork brace and upper triple clamp, Luftmeister frame braces and sump extension, Dyna ignition and factory oil cooler. Bike will come with white Krauser bags and original navy blue dualseat and cowl, plus I will include custom solo seat with steel cowl. Has 84,600 miles but runs great with no issues. Tank has small ding on side, original seat cowl has ding at rear and front fender has a crack which was fixed by PO. Pushrod tubes are weeping. New sealed battery and Michelins have 1,000 miles.

A nice RS, I bought it from a salvage auction, has a salvage title. For sale is my long wheel base 1973 R75/5. Bike is complete and in decent condition with a clean title and all numbers matching up. Estimate of 150k miles (speedo/odo is broken). Some surface rust, especially on underside of seat. Dent in tank top-rear near where the tank and seat meet. Rebuilt carbs and petcocks. Has been my only bike for the last year.

I'm slowly whittling down a bunch of BMW R90/6 and compatible parts I have for sale. Most items are from a 1975 BMW R90/6 project bike that I sold and these were leftover. For sale (no trades) is a nice classic airhead (47,000 miles) in excellent mechanical condition with numerous upgrades. The bike has some minor scratches however it is in great overall shape and ready for adventure.

In January 2012, at 46,800 miles, a complete service was performed. All the fluids, filters, fuel lines, and fuel filters were replaced. New spark plugs, new Wesco 12 v 30 battery and new battery hold down straps installed. The carburetors were cleaned and rebuilt with new rebuild kits, O-rings, and diaphragms. Oil and oil filter changed, heads and valves adjusted, Newish Avon Gripsters with less than 2,000 miles.

Following work performed at the 42,000-mile mark:New final drive installed, new Wilbers adjustable rear shock, new Progressive fork springs, new Thunderchild Diode board with solid mounts, Bosch Starter (new/rebuilt from Motorrad Elektrik), clutch cable (with extra clutch cable attached to bike), California emissions removed, steering head bearings lubed.

Extras:Corbin Canyon Dual Sport seat with removable backrest (have OEM original-useable but needs to be recovered), Supertrapp exhaust (have OEM exhaust), Fastway Evolution foot pegs (have OEM pegs), bar riser, Acerbis high fender (have OEM low fender), BMW hard cases with keys-good condition, Flip a Lever cruise control, bash guard.

I must sell my R100rt Classic, bike has 35K and in great shape. Rt Side of fairing scraped. I have replacement but haven't done so. Small dent in gas tank(where fairing hit the side of tank)Saddle bags repainted and looks great. Bike is mechanical sound and mtr,drive,trans fluids changed within last 400 miles. I am going to part with my 1975 R75/6. I am the original owner it has 84,000 miles on it. It is super clean. It has an extremely rare Vetter Windjammer Blue Max fairing with lowers. This fairing was made from January to June 1975. Only 50 were produced. It is Monza blue with the large tank. Corbin seat with passenger backrest. VDO oil pressure and voltmeter. Crash bars. The saddle bags are almost new. They are Hepco Becker bags that copy the original Krausers. Motolights. This bike runs great and gets almost 50 mpg. $3,750 delivered to your door in an enclosed trailer if you are within 400 miles of my home in Norway, MI.

Very nice example of an R90/S. About 39k. A very tight, non-abused bike, if you know what I mean. I only rode it a few hundred miles last year, maybe it needs a new owner with more time. Email for pics and send a phone # or I'll assume you collect and sell email addresses, and may not respond.
